First you will be taken on a guided tour of the actual tomb of Newgrange with guaranteed entry inside the tomb. The UNESCO world heritage site is one of the oldest and largest Neolithic burial chambers in Europe predating the Egyptian pyramids! After lunch* the tour continues to Monasterboice to see some fine examples of Irish high crosses.
